The role:
- Working with clients to understand their challenges, and collaborate to find solutions
- Leading a team of power platform developers - mentoring and providing technical guidance
- Design and develop Power BI reports / dashboards, Power Apps, Power Automate flows
- Work on the end to end development lifecycle
- Keep updated with Microsoft Power Platform advancements
- Work closely with other internal teams to ensure seamless integration of power platforms
The person:
- 5+ years experience of power platform development
- Experienced developing power automate flows, power pages and power BI
- Experienced in project delivery and working with teams to coordinate deliverables
- Experienced mentoring and leading junior team members
- Strong problem solving skills and great at communication, especially translating technical problems for non technical users
