They are a remote-first company that hires great collaborators and thought leaders. You will help to implement and optimise end-to-end CI/CD capabilities for their expanding on-prem and multi-cloud operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
You will join a growing team headed by an incredible Director of DevOps who provides autonomy, support, and also direction. You will thrive in this bar-raising environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish, scale, lead, and mentor team members.
- Provide DevOps tools and CI/CD expertise to software development teams.
- Build reusable CI/CD pipeline models with quality gates and security.
- Drive process automation, integrating compliance and quality gates.
- Lead technical discussions on best practices.
- Promote fully automated build and release processes.
- Guide program teams in adopting DevOps principles and toolchains.
- Support large-scale production deployments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience
- Extensive experience in DevOps, particularly in a leadership role.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Strong expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills across platform and application domains.
- In-depth understanding of system security best practices.
