SENIOR CLOUD PLATFORM ENGINEER
You will be joining a truly global cloud engineering team and will get the chance to work with the most up-to-date technologies in a business with a strong engineering culture.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud-based services, promoting efficiency and self-service principles.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment, empowering engineering teams.
- Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration, monitoring, and scaling.
- Drive an evolution of services to support cloud-native managed services, including an evolution of Kubernetes.
- Enhance cloud infrastructure security.
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment, including the build platform.
Experience
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) with a focus on engineering best practices.
- Extensive expertise in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS and GCP), and databases
- In-depth knowledge of best practices for cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and security best practices for high-performance solutions.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and IaC tool.
