Job: Product Manager

You will be working with agile multidisciplinary teams to create, support and continuously improve products that meet real user needs. You may be taking a product team through discovery, testing and live phases of development with the goal of making products simpler, more accurate, and easier to use.
Your responsibilities include
  • Working with a multidisciplinary team you will deliver the product and improvements alongside a team of highly skilled developers and platform engineers
  • You will support the product strategy by working through roadmaps ensuring the right things are being built in response to user needs
  • Developing and prioritising a product backlog, scoping and writing user stories, and making data-driven decisions
  • You will take time in understanding customer personas engaging with users and stakeholders through a range of channels from early research to design validation
  • Identifying and measuring what success looks like and reporting against
  • Driving quality and continuous improvement whilst providing product documentation
What we’re seeking:
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience developing and releasing digital products with proficiency in agile product management techniques (user story writing, MVP definition and backlog prioritisation).
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary team including engineers, service design, performance analysis and user-research
  • Experience of engaging with users and using qualitative and quantitative data to identify how their needs can be met by products and services
  • Experience working in teams delivering SaaS or Cloud-based product
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for making a difference.
