Their Belfast office employs some of the most talented engineers in the industry - they constantly raise the bar. Their Machine Learning Function is a key part of the company, and they are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Manager to join.
The role:
- Lead an agile team of Machine Learning Engineers across different geographical locations - tech lead, mentoring and performance management
- Work on the design, development and support of analytic services in production environments
- Act as a technical lead to team members, creating a culture of learning and innovation
- Work with internal tech teams to design solutions, work with other business leaders to influence outcomes
The person
- Strong technical experience - python, NLP, ML-Ops, ML frameworks, algorithms, statistical techniques
- Experienced with cloud platforms, microservices and event driven architecture
- CI/CD tools, containerised platforms
- Strong leadership experience, influencing stakeholders
- Experienced in managing technical teams - mentoring, coaching, enabling
This opportunity comes with a salary up to £130,000 plus bonus and stock options.
