They are looking for someone who has strong experience of working with machine learning models in a production environment, and who enjoys the excitement and pace of working in a start up environment.

The role
- Work with other internal teams on the product to build new and high impact features
- Design and evolve the machine learning function, identify robust and efficient ways of working with lots of data and complex systems
- Help take features to production, optimize them with customers
The person
- Strong experience building machine learning models in a production environment
- Strong technical skills in the python library and AWS services
- Experienced working in a startup / scaleup environment – able to adapt to a changing environment, passionate about problem solving
- The vision to make a real business impact – this is a key role which will drive the ML function forward
- Adaptability to move with the company, learn new tech and embrace new ideas
