You will perform product configuration?and implementation tasks?to migrate?acquired?clients?to the latest?updated version of our client's SaaS?products. You will?work?closely with client contacts, under the direction of the Product Migration Manager,?to ensure a smooth?and?timely?transition.?

Job: Technical Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
- Configuration and deployment of SaaS products?and updates for?acquired?clients
- Analyse client data sources and quality review of data content for products and services.?
- Regular communication with clients & stakeholders to ensure?they are informed of project status?and other updates including an occasional dem
- Customise software development of new requests
- Remote installation, configuration, and testing of the solution(s) being implemented.?
- Development of documentation and other reference materials?
- Train new clients across the product suite
What we’re seeking to find in candidates:
- A Degree or Certificate in?Computer Science,?MIS,?Database Administration or a relevant combination of education
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience with Windows OS, file directory and network navigation, basic OS admin tasks.?
- Experience with SQL with bash scripting a plus
- Excellent communication skills showcasing enthusiasm
- Adapts a growth mindset and willingness to learn
