Job: Principal Product Manager
This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the vision and strategy for a product that helps workforces become more efficient and productive. We do this by leveraging the latest AI tools within Predictive Analytics.
Your responsibilities include:
- Own the Product Roadmap
Define a clear product strategy and align stakeholders across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical Services, and Leadership. - Address Real User Challenges
Identify and implement valuable, viable solutions to core customer pain points. - Bridge Design and Engineering
Collaborate closely with product designers to ensure optimal usability and with engineers to ensure technical feasibility. - Become the Go-To Expert
Serve as the internal and external advocate for your product by mastering market trends, user behaviors, product analytics, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback. - Drive Standards
Lead agile ceremonies, manage product operations, oversee backlog prioritization, craft clear documentation, publish release notes, and support training initiatives.
- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 8 years+ of experience as Product Manager in a B2B software company.?
- Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or application observability solutions.
- Proficient in data analytics, data science, data mining, or data modeling, with a keen ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to innovate and achieve results.
- Deeply committed to addressing and resolving real-world challenges through innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, designers, company leaders, and customers, fostering constructive and collaborative relationships.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills capable of influencing executive stakeholders.
