Search 5.0 is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning tech company for a Product Manager to join their growing team.
You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most well-recognised, innovative brands. Our client offers a one-stop shop by building apps, websites, and custom software whilst offering cloud hosting and an in-house design team.

Job: Product Manager

You will play an important role overseeing the successful delivery of software solutions on behalf of customers providing value-driven outcomes. You will work with a super close-knit cross-functional remote team!
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases from initiation, requirement gathering and planning to execution and closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, aligning project objectives with their expectations through effective communication.
  • Strategic Planning & Resource Allocation: Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and manage budgets to align with business goals.
  • Team Coordination & Leadership: Facilitate collaboration among team members, clients, and stakeholders, fostering a high-performing environment.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to address issues proactively.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, continuously enhancing delivery processes.
  • Budget & Resource Oversight: Monitor and manage project budgets and resource utilization to ensure optimal allocation.
What we’re seeking in applicants:
  • 5 Years of experience in product management / technical project management/project management, preferably with a consulting background
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding & experience using Agile methodologies
  • Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, remote teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of software development processes and technologies to allow effective communication with the development team and to make informed decisions.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
