You will play an important role overseeing the successful delivery of software solutions on behalf of customers providing value-driven outcomes. You will work with a super close-knit cross-functional remote team!
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases from initiation, requirement gathering and planning to execution and closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, aligning project objectives with their expectations through effective communication.
- Strategic Planning & Resource Allocation: Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and manage budgets to align with business goals.
- Team Coordination & Leadership: Facilitate collaboration among team members, clients, and stakeholders, fostering a high-performing environment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to address issues proactively.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, continuously enhancing delivery processes.
- Budget & Resource Oversight: Monitor and manage project budgets and resource utilization to ensure optimal allocation.
- 5 Years of experience in product management / technical project management/project management, preferably with a consulting background
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding & experience using Agile methodologies
- Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, remote teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of software development processes and technologies to allow effective communication with the development team and to make informed decisions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
