What you will do
- Hire, Metor and develop a world class Engineering team.
- Be inspired by industry best practices across and drive innovation through Engineering, Architecture, DevOps and Data engineering teams.
- Build a collaborative, transparent culture of trust where team members are empowered and inspired to do their best work and drive learning and employee advancement.
- Work closely with cross functional teams and leaders to deliver great products.
- Improve agile processes with your teams and enable new Development techniques to reduce complexity, improve quality increase the velocity within the teams.
- Assist engineers grow their careers and give them the tools to learn new techniques and technologies.
What you will need
- 5 plus years in a Software management role
- Managed a minimum of 15 plus engineers
- comfortable leading cross-functional teams
- Willingness to backtrack, seek multiple solutions, and experiment to validate approaches.
- A strong background in object-oriented programming in a language such as Java, C# or C++.
- Creative, Investigative, Innovative, Insightful, and able to make technical leaps, finding novel solutions.
