You will join a growing team headed by an incredible Director of DevOps who provides autonomy, support, and also direction. You will thrive in this bar-raising environment.


  • Lead by example as a player-coach, actively involved in establishing, expanding, and guiding Team Members in Release Engineering endeavours.
  • Offer expertise in release tools and planning to software development teams enterprise-wide.
  • Spearhead process automation initiatives aimed at streamlining application deployment, while integrating compliance and quality checks into change management workflows.
  • Facilitate discussions and provide direction to technical teams on operational, technical, and procedural best practices.
  • Advocate for a fully automated product release process, instilling a culture of push-button deployment and fostering a forward-looking vision.
  • Be highly familiar with cloud services, having supported large-scale production deployments on one or more of these platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud GCP).



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6 years of designing, implementing CI/CD solutions, and DevOps related practices, with experience operating in a hybrid-cloud environment.
  • Experience with such things as GitHub, GitLab, and code branching principles.
  • Build and release process experience
  • Experience building CI and deployment pipelines and hands-on knowledge of applicable tools chain
  • Strong experience with IaC tools (such as Terraform, Scalr, Ansible, Chef/Puppet).
