Job: Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will have gained mastery but still want to push your potential. You will be an expert in Agile with stakeholder management and a strong advocate for user-centered design approaches.

A glance at your responsibilities includes:
  • Inspiring and guiding colleagues through understanding the client’s needs and getting buy-in
  • Engage with stakeholders to create a project vision and translate it into a roadmap & prioritised backlog.
  • Lead a diverse, multidisciplinary team delivering work with high-profile clients.
  • Provide clarity and direction through leadership focusing on delivery.
  • Communicating with an extremely diverse group of people, including experts in their field.

What we’re seeking:
  • Experience in leading a team with a common-sense approach.
  • Identify and use evidence of value to drive decisions with a user at the heart of every decision.
  • Build consensus amongst people with different perspectives.
  • Perform well in a wide variety of delivery disciplines (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Communicate confidently and credibly on behalf of the company and the client.
  • Have led workshops or group exercises (we’re all about the community)
